generator has not been properly maintained after long-term operation, or if the user does not operate it according to the specifications during use, as well as the cleanliness of the fuel, carbon deposits will be generated in the cylinder of the generator set. So, what is the cause of carbon deposits in the generator set?
1. The working performance of the generator injector is poor, such as poor atomization, oil dripping, too high or too low injection pressure, too early or too late injection time, and too much injection, which will cause some fuel to burn poorly.
2. Due to the weakening of the expansion and contraction performance of the piston ring, the oil is burned in the cylinder after leakage.
3. The serious leakage of the generator cylinder assembly causes incomplete combustion of the fuel.
4. When the generator is running in a low temperature environment, the cooling water temperature is too low, which affects the normal combustion of the fuel.
5. The diesel and engine oil grades are wrong, the quality is poor, and carbon slag is formed after combustion.
6. The generator is overloaded or the temperature is too high, and the ignition is too early, which makes the fuel burn poorly.
