2. Dismantle the old air filter: Open the engine hood, find the position of the air filter, loosen the fixing buckle or screw, and carefully remove the air filter.
3. Clean the air filter:
Paper dust collection cup air filter: Use a soft bristled brush to gently remove dust from the surface, avoiding excessive force that may damage the filter. If the usage time exceeds 500 hours or damage occurs, new parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
Oil bath air filter: Remove it for cleaning after using for no more than 200 hours, replace the lubricating oil after cleaning, and keep the equipment running well. If the filter element is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one in a timely manner.
4. Inspection and replacement:
Check if the rubber sealing ring of the air filter is intact, and replace it promptly if it is damaged.
Use compressed air to blow the filter from the inside out, being careful not to apply excessive pressure to avoid damaging the filter.
If there are stubborn stains on the filter, you can use a specialized air filter cleaner to spray it on top, and then gently wipe it with a clean soft cloth.
Installation and commissioning: After the filter is completely dry, ensure that it is securely installed and sealed to prevent unfiltered air from entering the engine.
By following the above steps and precautions, it is possible to effectively clean the air filter of the Huaquan generator set, ensuring its normal operation and extending its service life.
